Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret GD&T drawings.
• Experience with GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficient with data analysis and SPC concepts.
• Experience with PPAP, Gage R&R, and SPC is a plus.
• Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Measure parts using GD&T and Keyence CMM/Scanner for PPAPs.
• Audit processes and final inspection in machining and Tube Welding.
• Log, track, and issue RMAs with supplier coordination.
• Enter data into GP/ERP and supplier portal; monitor scorecards.
• Manage lab, 5S, and calibration program for gauges and fixtures.
• Support PPAP submissions and disposition of nonconforming parts.
