Job summary

You will work with a Keyence CMM/Scanner XM5000 and other measuring tools to ensure product conformance across machining and welding operations. Ideal candidates bring an Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and experience with ERP/QA systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and technical procedures.
• Statistical understanding and GD&T knowledge to ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Measure products using GD&T on prints with Keyence CMM/Scanner XM5000 or other devices.
• Audit processes and perform final inspections in machining and assembly areas.
• Log, track, and issue RMAs; support PPAP and supplier quality issues.
• Input data into ERP/QA portals and support inventory transactions for QAHOLD and warranty costs.
