Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or similar area.
• 2+ years in QA/QC, leading and training technicians in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in Cost of Quality (CoPQ) or Cost of Quality.
• Experience with customer satisfaction and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality operations on the production floor.
• Supervise and develop quality personnel and ensure standards.
• Partner with manufacturing to reduce defects and improve quality.
• Lead CAPAs, ISO audits, PFMEA for assigned lines.
• Manage quality metrics: Scrap, DPS, FPY, Warranty.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, logistics, procurement.
• Train quality hourly technicians on processes.
