Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required; master's preferred.
• ISTQB certification and Lean process experience preferred.
• 10+ years of functional testing experience (manual and automated).
• 3+ years managing small to mid-sized teams.
• Knowledge of UI, API, load and stress testing; test suite design.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing across multiple systems and projects to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide day-to-day management of testing staff and offshore/onshore resources.
• Define test strategies, scenarios, and cases for integration and system testing (manual/automated).
• Mentor associates and conduct performance reviews; set quality standards.
• Collaborate with process owners to align testing with requirements and resolve issues.
