A leading manufacturing company in Denver is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all quality-related issues, manage Supplier Quality, and lead compliance with ISO9001 and IATF standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in quality engineering and management. This role involves significant interaction with both customers and internal teams to ensure product quality meets expectations and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience; 5+ years in quality engineering.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• IATF16949:2016 Lead Auditor Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality-related issues and lead problem-solving teams.
• Manage Supplier Quality and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure continuous compliance to quality standards.

Skills

IATF 16949:2016 Certified Lead Auditor

Strong knowledge of quality tools and concepts

Working knowledge of statistical process control

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate across functions

Computer literate (MS Office, Minitab, JMP)

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Ability to present to management groups

Education
