Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience supervising a quality team and driving QMS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering and Quality Technician activities across the plant.
• Oversee a team of ~15 quality professionals and ensure competence.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
