Job summary

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Shift: 7am-4pm flexible on shift

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising a quality team
• Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA
• Experience supporting product or manufacturing launches.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards.

Position Summary

The Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all Quality Engineering and Quality Technician activities within the manufacturing facility. This role oversees a team of approximately 15 quality professionals and is accountable for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across the plant.
