Everforth Apex is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager in Manassas, VA to lead the Quality Management System across construction projects onsite. You will develop project-specific QC plans, manage documents, and drive three-phase inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and at least 4+ years in construction roles with 2+ years as a Quality Control Manager, plus experience with USACE/NAVFAC processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project Quality Management Systems and ability to read contract drawings and submittals.
• Experience reviewing RFPs, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ability to pass a background check and coordinate with owners and project teams.

Responsibilities

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Quality Control Manager is required. Experience applying the USACE/NAVFAC Three-Phase Quality Control System is necessary.**Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of project Quality Management Systems and experience reviewing RFPs, specifications, construction drawings, and submittals. Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents.
