Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on test automation.
• 10+ years of management experience, including at least 3 years at a director level.
• Experience in running Engineering Productivity or Tooling development teams.
• Strong understanding of developer and quality engineer needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of release and quality processes.
• Define automated quality reporting workflows.
• Improve release management processes.
• Implement next-generation test automation frameworks.
• Mentor engineering managers and senior managers.
• Oversee testing environment strategy for high availability.
