Qualifications

• 7+ years in software quality, with 3+ years leading quality strategy across multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of payments lifecycles, returns, exceptions, and reconciliation, tested end-to-end.
• Hands-on with API and end-to-end tests and tooling improvements.
• Ability to coordinate projects with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy and release criteria.
• Build and evolve quality tooling and data management.
• Ensure regression-free releases across services and environments.
• Automate tests for APIs and end-to-end flows.
• Collaborate with Payments and Platform teams on delivery planning.
• Provide quality visibility with metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate certification with banking and partner organizations.
• Lead by example and mentor engineers on testing practices.
