The ideal candidate has a engineering degree with 2+ years in manufacturing or quality, plus experience in audits and root-cause analysis. PCQI certification is a plus; the role emphasizes continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience, machining, and/or quality.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• PCQI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support the Quality Assurance team of technicians.
• Liaise among Operations, Engineering, and customers regarding specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing operations comply with customer and internal specifications.
• Participate in customer audits and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Train employees on quality compliance, inspection methods, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and maintain electronic quality reports and presentations.
• Support internal quality audits and audit readiness.
• Coordinate process improvements and verify sustained results.
