Qualifications

• 6+ years of software quality engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a lead, senior, or management capacity overseeing distributed systems, APIs, or high-volume platforms.
• Deep expertise in modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured).
• Strong background in building observability tools, telemetry, and monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and feature flag management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Strategy: Define, implement, and scale end-to-end testing strategies and quality gates across SDLC.
• Drive Test Automation: Champion automation to accelerate releases with zero-defect deployments.
• Observability & Telemetry: Establish dashboards and anomaly detection with data teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Validate data flows and interoperability with product managers and partners.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide QA and engineers and set automated quality metrics.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee pre-prod readiness and regression testing for critical rollouts.
