Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to design, implement, and govern scalable automated testing across multiple applications. You will drive quality strategy, mentor QE teams, and deliver governance around testing practices to ensure release readiness.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience shaping test data, environments, and governance. The role emphasizes AI-enabled practices and end-to-end SDLC quality.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality testing solutions.
Proven ability to lead engineering teams, provide technical direction, and drive best practices across the testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead test strategy, test planning, test execution governance, and quality reporting.
Provide visibility into quality metrics, risks, defects, and release readiness.
Drive end-to-end quality strategy across multiple applications and business domains.
Mentor and develop QE talent and establish quality engineering standards, metrics, and best practices.
Collaborate across teams and participate in Quality Engineer CoP meetings to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
