Job summary

You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on project planning and execution, gain exposure to safety protocols, and develop practical engineering skills through mentorship and guided learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a related Bachelor degree program.
• No previous experience required.
• Strong academic background in engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assist in the planning, design, and execution of projects, including research, data analysis, and hands-on tasks
• Provide technical support to engineers and other team members, involving troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of equipment or systems
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to engineering activities, including project logs, test results, and design specifications
• Conduct research on relevant engineering topics and industry trends, analyze data and propose recommendations based on findings
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure project success and alignment with company goals
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace to maintain a safe working environment
• Take advantage of learning opportunities, mentorship, and networking within the organization to enhance your engineering skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments
