Qualifications

• Current enrollment or recent graduate in a related Bachelor degree program.
• No previous experience required.
• Strong academic record with coursework in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Eagerness to take initiative and work on challenging technical projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Knowledge of MOST or similar measurement system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assist planning, design, and execution of projects.
• Provide technical support to engineers including troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports for engineering activities.
• Research engineering topics and analyze data to inform recommendations.
• Work with design, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure project success.
