Qualifications

• Current enrollment or recent graduate in a related Bachelor degree program.
• No previous experience required.
• Strong academic record with coursework in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Eagerness to take initiative and work on challenging technical projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assist in the planning, design, and execution of projects, including research, data analysis, and hands‑on tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers and other team members, involving troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to engineering activities, including project logs, test results, and design specifications.
• Conduct research on relevant engineering topics and industry trends, analyze data and propose recommendations based on findings.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace to maintain a safe working environment.
• Take advantage of learning opportunities, mentorship, and networking within the organization to enhance your engineering skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
