The Toro Company offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program running May 17 to August 6, 2027. Interns must be legally authorized to work in the United States and available for the full duration.

The Perry, Oklahoma plant provides hands-on opportunities in manufacturing, lean processes, and continuous improvement projects with cross‑functional teamwork. Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar engineering discipline.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Desire to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with facilities safety guidelines.
• Assist Manufacturing and Lean operations in problem-solving activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends in manufacturing issues and assembly processes.
• Analyze warranty data for customer satisfaction trends across similar products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve product nonconformance.
• Conduct audits on previous corrective actions to determine effectiveness.
• Assist with New Product Development on continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate end-of-line and in-process testing and inspection processes.
• Identify and document product and/or process risks.
