Job summary

Stryker is seeking interns in Tempe to work on engineering projects across Advanced Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, and Quality teams. You will apply classroom knowledge, tackle hard projects, and interact with leaders to drive meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related Bachelor's or Master’s degree, with a 3.0+ GPA, strong communication, and leadership skills. The program offers competitive hourly wages, a sign-on bonus, and housing support or stipend.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
