Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Quality Engineering intern to contribute to engineering projects across Advanced Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, and Quality teams. You will apply classroom knowledge in a fast-growing medical technology environment, with mentorship from leaders and exposure to key stakeholders.

The program targets students pursuing Bachelors or Masters in related fields, requiring a 3.0+ GPA, US work authorization, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• GPA 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration ability.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AQE, PQE, SQE, or Quality teams on engineering projects.
• Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced, growing industry setting.
• Document complex processes and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across the business.
