Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Quality, Business Management or similar field.
• Completed Freshman year in academic curriculum as of hire date (fall 2026).
• GPA 3.0 or better.
• Excellent communication and team building experience.
• Ability to be self-driven and deliver high quality of work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete internship project as assigned by the department manager.
• Partner with mentor to solicit feedback and direction.
• Assist in implementing and executing Quality Management System at the new site.
• Support process development by integrating quality policy into procedures.
• Monitor assembly cycles, perform tests/inspections for non-conformances.
• Learn quality principles and participate in internal audits.
