Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited degree program with a major in Engineering or related discipline.
• Completed freshman year or greater by fall 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Prior co-op experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Self-driven with ability to deliver high quality work.
• Ability to drive and lead change; strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Complete a designated internship project assigned by the department manager with defined deliverables.
• Partner with a mentor for feedback and direction on the project.
• Work on projects that support development needs and provide project context.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in cross-functional teams with quality, manufacturing and tooling.
• Contribute to improvement of manufacturing processes and problem-solving events.
