Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree with a focus on quality or manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and support inspection decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for report writing.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard software tools.
• Familiarity with quality tools (5 Whys, FMEA, SPC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished goods.
• Read and interpret drawings, prints, and specifications (GD&T).
• Document inspection results and prepare quality reports for records.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions (5 Whys).
• Participate in failure analysis, teardowns, and product investigations.
• Support supplier quality communication and follow-up.
• Maintain BOMs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Provide basic measurement training to production personnel.
