JLG Industries is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting product and process quality across manufacturing operations. You will work with the Quality team to identify and resolve quality issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

You will assist in continuous improvement efforts and participate in quality audits, while developing skills in

Competenze

• Current student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management/Business Administration, or a related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

• Support Quality Department Staff.
• Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all customers.
• Review and update quality documentation.
• Actively participate in group and team meetings.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
• Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality related problems.
• Assist staff with the disposition of defective material.
• Participate in quality audits internally and externally.
• Assist in supplier quality and process control.
• Report and respond to quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner.
• Work inter-functionally with Quality and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues.
• Must exhibit the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks.
• Must be willing to complete additional advanced training/educational courses as required.
• Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures
