Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Quality Engineering intern to investigate field failures using customer data and returned parts. You will work with a cross-functional team to learn testing and production processes, identify process improvements, and author Failure Analysis Reports with root-cause and CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from an engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or related).
• Experience or coursework in data analysis and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, creative problem solver capable of handling conflicting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate field failures using customer data and returned parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to learn testing and production processes and identify improvements.
• Author Failure Analysis Reports and propose root cause and CAPA actions.
• Review failure modes with production to identify areas for SPC implementation.
• Perform QC testing and trend data analysis, providing monthly updates.
