Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineering intern to investigate field failures, analyze data, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve testing and production processes. You will prepare Failure Analysis Reports and drive corrective actions, including SPC-focused enhancements, while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes data analysis, problem solving, and clear communication as part of a dedicated quality engineering team.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an engineering degree.
Experience with data analysis and data management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven problem solver with ability to balance conflicting needs.

Responsibilities

Investigate field failures using customer data and returned parts.
Author Failure Analysis Reports and identify corrective actions.
Develop understanding of testing and production processes for improvements.
Review failure modes with production to identify SPC opportunities.
Perform failure analyses on recurring materials and QC testing, trend data monthly.
