The ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• No experience required; relevant coursework or internships are a plus.
• Travel 10-25%.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality team in ensuring products meet customer requirements and standards.
• Assist with data analysis, documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects and defect reduction efforts.
• Assist with training activities and maintenance of quality plans.
