Faith Technologies Inc. in Menasha, WI, is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to support the quality team in meeting customer requirements and driving continuous improvement.
You will assist with data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving while gaining hands-on experience with quality systems and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a bachelor’s program, eager to learn, and able to collaborate across teams.

The Quality Engineering Intern supports the Quality Engineering team in maintaining product quality, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working alongside Quality Engineers, the intern will assist with data analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and quality-related projects while gaining hands‑on experience with quality systems and manufacturing processes. Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, have a basic understanding of engineering principles, and demonstrate strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and shows initiative and leadership potential.
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
