• Quality & Compliance: support the quality team in ensuring products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Customer Support: respond to customer quality inquiries and assist with investigations.
• Manufacturing Support: help maintain quality plans and ensure processes follow requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: assist with data collection, trend analysis, and defect reduction projects.
