Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an Engineering program at a 4-year college or university.
• Must apply academic knowledge to real-world business and manufacturing environments.
• Experience in work-study, leadership activities, or clubs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and collaborate with experienced quality engineers on real projects in manufacturing and quality operations.
• Analyze process, product, supplier, and customer quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with root cause investigations, corrective actions, process audits, and problem-solving using quality tools.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and metrics using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools to monitor quality performance.
• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations to support continuous improvement and cost reduction.
