Job summary

SPX Technologies, LLC is offering an internship in Eden, NC. Working closely with Engineering teams on new product development, process improvement and testing, you will gain hands-on experience with our products and learn from experienced engineers.

JOBSUMMARY -

Working closely with the various Engineering Teams, this internship role will be hands‑on with our products. You will assist with projects such as new product development, process improvement and testing, first article inspection, algorithm development, BOM comparisons, drawings and parts reviews.

Thesuccessfulintern candidatewillhave an educational backgroundin mechanical engineering.Must bedetail-oriented, willing to learn and ask questions,andthrive in a fast‑paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least junior level in a bachelor’s program majoring in an Engineering field
• 3.0/4.0 GPA or better
• Strong interest in the fieldsofmechanical engineering aligned to product, manufacturing or sustaining engineering
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments such as lab or manufacturingenvironment with rapidly changing deadlines, workloads, and goals
