Job summary

BorgWarner Arden campus is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in a leading automotive manufacturing environment. You will work on quality and warranty processes, develop documentation, and engage in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates are pursuing engineering or related degrees, with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn new tools. On-site role with housing/travel support and above-market pay for student employees.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality, or a related field.
• Strong self-learning ability and willingness to explore new tools, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Development or continuous improvement of support processes within Quality and Warranty functions.
• Development of process documentation within Quality and Warranty functions.
• Lead or assist with statistical or Red X studies and participate in 8D or problem-solving activities.
• Participate in customer or supplier meetings and visits.
