Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in program management or quality engineering leading complex enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing programs across multiple applications and workstreams.
• Define enterprise testing strategies including functional, integration, system, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Oversee test automation programs, roadmaps, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Govern programs with planning, milestones, risks, resources and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, product and QA to align testing with objectives.
• Promote shift-left testing, continuous testing and automation within CI/CD.
• Support test planning, execution, defect management, release readiness and reporting.
• Apply data testing concepts such as data validation, reconciliation and SQL basics.
• Explore GenAI/AI-enabled testing capabilities to boost productivity.
• Define KPIs and quality metrics to monitor progress and release quality.
