Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Quality Engineering & Agile Delivery Lead to establish robust quality practices and release-ready software. You will blend software quality engineering, test automation, release management and Agile leadership to accelerate cloud software delivery.

The role focuses on driving automated testing, CI/CD alignment and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable releases while keeping Agile ceremonies lightweight and effective.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
5 years in software quality engineering, SDET or testing.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and APIs/web apps.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the quality engineering strategy.
Develop automated tests across APIs, UI, data pipelines and integrations.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and release validation.
Coordinate functional, performance, security and reliability testing.
Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate team delivery improvements.
Establish defect management and quality metrics.
