Job summary

OakTree Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead to orchestrate testing across multiple projects and releases from Tulsa, ensuring quality standards are met and risks are identified early. You will drive release readiness and serve as the primary liaison between Business, Development, and QA teams.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, coordinating functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, leading defect triage, and reporting quality metrics to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams and testing efforts for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Utility, billing, or Customer Information System (CIS) experience.

• Strong regression and end-to-end testing experience.

Nice-to-Have:

• API and SQL testing skills.
• Prior experience supporting large transformation programs.
