Job summary

Zobility in Arlington, TX is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility. The role requires handling non-conformances, verifying suspect products, and interfacing with customers with clear communication.

You will reside at the customer facility as a CSE, manage containment, data entry into IRS, support the team, build customer relationships, and drive corrective actions to protect and grow the business.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of related work experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• College degree with a major in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
• Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
• Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Client.
• CSE will reside at customer facility.
• Expedite non-conforming material back to Client same day.
• Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
• Provide technical support and system understanding.
• Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
• Where required, coordinate additional containment.
• Be an integral part of the response teams.
• Write a weekly trip report.
• Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
• Provide/coordinate special event activity.
• Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.

• Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.
• This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.
