Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in wire, cable, or metals preferred.
Ability to develop and document processes effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead quality improvements across manufacturing processes.
Investigate and resolve defects and issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support production quality and compliance inspections.
Analyze inspection data and drive improvements.
Skills
Quality methodologies (SPC, process capability)
Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.)
Strong communication skills
