Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in wire, cable, or metals preferred.
• Ability to develop and document processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvements across manufacturing processes.
• Investigate and resolve defects and issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support production quality and compliance inspections.
• Analyze inspection data and drive improvements.

Quality methodologies (SPC, process capability)

Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.)

Strong communication skills
