The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in extrusion and wire drawing processes. Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in wire drawing, extrusion, & jacketing processes.
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical and chemical processes.
Motivated individual who needs little or no guidance.
Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma principles; Black Belt certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Optimize all wire and cable-related equipment and processes.
Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance protocols.
Monitor and enhance equipment KPIs.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
