Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in wire drawing, extrusion, & jacketing processes.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical and chemical processes.
• Motivated individual who needs little or no guidance.
• Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma principles; Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize all wire and cable-related equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance protocols.
• Monitor and enhance equipment KPIs.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
