Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and manage recertification efforts.
• Develop inspection plans, quality metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality standards into manufacturing processes.
• Conduct audits, oversee nonconformance management, and proactively analyze production data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or 8-10 years of relevant experience).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, non-destructive testing, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems, Microsoft Office, and quality data analysis.
• Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and conduct risk assessments.

Preferred

• AWS Certified Weld Inspector.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
