About the role

We are searching for a skilled Quality Engineer. It plays a crucial role within our organization, serving as a key player throughout the complete product life cycle, from sales to development to series production to end-of-life. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality at every stage.

In project settings, you are responsible for aligning our organization with customer requirements and expectations. You inspire teams to continuously seek ways to enhance our working methods. Beyond addressing quality performance for specific projects, by identifying key areas of improvement and taking complete responsibility, you have the opportunity and freedom to influence the overall performance of the entire organization. The scope includes leading quality discussions with stakeholders, supporting product and process design decisions, spearheading root cause analysis and improvement programs, and supporting supplier quality activities. In all these aspects, you are a critical thinker and team player who enjoys solving problems.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align the organization with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Inspire teams to continually improve working methods.
  • Identify key areas of improvement and take complete responsibility.
  • Influence the overall performance of the organization.
  • Support product and process design decisions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and improvement programs.
  • Provide support for supplier quality-related activities.
Minimum qualifications
  • BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA, Power BI).
  • Experience within (electronics) manufacturing environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
