Job Title: Dimensional Accuracy Technician / Quality Technician

Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension

Job Responsibilities:

1. Check and confirm body weld jigs, tools, pallets, parts, and assemblies to meet quality targets and KPIs for new model launches.
2. Prepare, troubleshoot, and confirm new tooling, equipment, parts, and sub-assemblies at various vendors. Support weld and tool quality confirmation activities at NAMCs from installation through SOP.
3. Create detailed Seibi daily plans, project task reports, and problem follow sheets; track activity status; coordinate safety communications (JSA, CMs/remedies to unsafe conditions, safety audits); and support daily/weekly communication with the project leader and Seibi management.
4. Provide effective written and verbal communication with the Quality Seibi Team, management, and external groups regarding dimensional issues requiring resolution.
5. Perform equipment, tool, and part confirmation using portable CMMs (Vectoron, FARO Arm, Laser Tracker, Leica, etc.), as well as check fixture, weld tooling, and part fitting activities.
6. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
7. Proficient with DE tools related to body welding, including 3D Magic and PolyWorks.
8. Strong ability to review and interpret part, machine/jig drawings, and 3D data.
