Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in SPC, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, 5 Whys).
• Experience with measurement tools, interpreting drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
