Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Proficiency in SPC, RCA, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA).
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SPC to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical analysis software.
