The role involves designing inspection methods, analyzing production data, and preparing product assurance documentation as needed. DoD/NQA-1 experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• US citizenship required for DoD programs; ability to obtain DoD security clearances.
• Experience with Navy, ISO 9001, NQA-1, or 10 CFR 50 compliant quality programs.
• Strong oral and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the quality management system and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA protocols for materials and products.
• Review regulatory references and support audits and in-process surveillance.
• Develop QA/QC programs and manuals for new/existing business.
