Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a quality leader to develop and govern robust quality plans that harmonize manufacturing, customer, engineering, and supplier requirements, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001. You will manage NCRs, drive Six Sigma and Lean improvements, train inspectors, coordinate audits, and monitor key KPIs.

Collaboration with manufacturing engineers and EH&S is essential for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Experience managing non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve quality control processes with responsibility for high level product quality.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean projects and supplier performance.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standards, documented procedures and quality requirements.
• Handle customer claims, NCRs, SDRs and audit findings.
• Report incidents and EH&S compliance to HR and leadership.
