Job summary

The role requires a technical degree and at least 2 years of experience, plus collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive improvements and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field and 2+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with quality plans, control charts and process improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and NPI processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve quality plans aligning with process requirements.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for NCRs and customer complaints.
• Monitor KPIs and drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and participate in supplier quality activities.
