Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego is seeking an Engineer Quality to support the Integrated Product Team on the manufacturing site. You will provide quality support across material reviews, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, and data analysis.

The role requires RCCA experience, QMS familiarity (ISO 9001, AS9100), and US citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance. You will work with multifunctional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field; 2 years in Quality/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering/Quality Analyst; Master’s degree with 0 years.
• RCCA experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance, and SAP.
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support for the Integrated Product Team on the manufacturing site.
• Support Material Review as part of Nonconforming Material Control, Corrective Actions & Root Cause Investigations, and quality data analysis.
• Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Design and analyze inspection/testing processes and equipment; conduct QA tests and statistical analysis.
• Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance.
