Northrop Grumman seeks a Quality Assurance professional to advance rigorous QA processes across manufacturing and engineering teams in Baltimore. You will develop and maintain inspection protocols, monitor KPIs, and support RCCA and continuous improvement initiatives with data-driven decisions.

Applicants should hold a STEM degree with 3–5+ years of experience, and be able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance; US citizenship is required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with at least 5 years of engineering QA experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years in QA/manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation and control systems for materials processing.
• Collaborates with contracts, inspection, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure quality.
• Identifies and reviews product non-conformances and uses data to drive decisions.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects on the manufacturing floor.
