Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Quality or Manufacturing Engineer.
Ability to perform effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Investigate and manage customer returns via RMAs and NCRs.
Work with Manufacturing Engineers on corrective and preventive actions.
Audit suppliers and handle quality issues.
Skills
Mechanical principles and machining practices
Statistical process control and measurements
Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO13485 and AS9100
MiniTab or other statistical software
Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and Vision Systems
Six Sigma and Lean practices
Solidworks and AutoCAD drafting skills
Problem-solving techniques
Computer systems and ERP systems familiarity
Education
B.S.M.E. or similar engineering degree
