Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage customer returns through RMAs and NCRs.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers on corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare Process FMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and more.
• Monitor customer quality ratings and report findings.
• Assist in programming inspection equipment and developing inspection methods.
