Qualifications

• Prior experience in a machine shop environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives in a machine shop.
• Analyze process capability studies and coordinate Gage R&R studies.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage with shop floor employees to address quality concerns.
